Dietwell started with one van, one toolbox and a simple grievance: too many homeowners were being quoted one price at the door and charged another at the end.
Our story
Built on repeat customers, not ads
We began in 2015 fixing leaks around Bandar Puteri Puchong, and grew the old-fashioned way — a neighbour recommends us to a neighbour, a landlord hands our number to the next tenant. Today three crews cover the Klang Valley, but every job still runs on the same rules we set on day one.
Diagnose first. Quote in writing. Start only when the customer says go. Show the old parts. Test everything. Sweep the floor. It is not complicated — it is just rarer than it should be.
Because our technicians are cross-trained across plumbing and electrical work, the jobs that stump single-trade contractors — a heater that leaks and trips, a pump that hums but will not start — are our bread and butter.
